I agree with Lola, Try using the EFT. I used it to hep with some current issues and learned it worked with alot of deep issues.
I also shield specific people in my life. since i have i dont suffer like i used to.

I had a dream last night on which i was riding on a train. Each stop was certain religious denominations. I was afraid point because I couldn't get off the train. I was in fear that i would get off at the wrong one. i asked a lady when i saw christian if this was the stop as well for catholics. ( I don't practice the catholic religion)

what a walk
I have come so far, yet feel like I am taking babysteps. I believe everything happens for a reason. alot of my life i have had constant coincidences. the path i am walking, my spiritual awakening has been gradual all my life. no matter where i was or what i was doing. things would occur to remind me not to lose my way.
