The Empath Community is growing exponentially!
While this is good news for our us it's also a lot of work for me
:)
If you would like to become a facilitator in the EC, here are some
of the things that you can do to help.
Please keep in mind that being a facilitator
does not come with any change in your status. You do not get admin
rights. If you see a problem, simply report it to me as I am
always the one to handle "problems" (like spam, sex solicitation,
abuse, etc.).
1)
Welcome a new member today! We get a lot of post from new
people who are confused, scared or both. Take a moment leave a
welcome message on their profile or on their forum/blog post.
2)
Reply to the popular question: "How can do shut down/turn off
my Empath skills." This is the most FAQ and yet some people
have not yet waded through all the information to discover the
Empath
Survival Program or another helpful resource.
3)
Help people find what they need! Do you have a link from
a previous conversation that is relevant? Can you do an Empath
Reading (even if you're just learning?).
4)
Know, respect and promote the EC guidelines! Just be a
living incarnation of what we stand for :)
5)
Never threaten or argue with another member. Simply
ignore posts that you don't like. Facilitators do not have any
admin rights and are not expected to resolve problems.
You can share your thoughts, comments and suggestions about what it
means to be a moderator, how you would like your work to be
recognized, how we can make things even better in this forum
discussion about mods!
in love,
Elise
